Workshop day for 9/24/2026 Fees, Charter Review and Salary... Oh MY!!

1. Raftelis Fee Study for Construction Services, Development Coordination and Historic Preservation.  The report is in ON BASE along with the COT recommendation for fee increases.  I’ll be looking at these before Thursday.  YOU SHOULD TOO!!
2. TCC discuss the Charter Review Commission—that should be interesting.  The CRC was railroaded IMHO.  It was so bad I couldn’t stay in the meetings.
3. Discuss TCC salaries.  I think it should be tied to the Mayor’s salary.  It is currently 40% of the Mayors take home.  If you wanted to make TCC a full time job (it IS, they just call it part time, then let’s go 50% of the Mayor’s salary and be done with it.)
