1. Second Public Hearing for FY2027
2. Budget and Finance Staff to present on CIP, CIT and General fund Deferrals—NOTHING IN ON BASE???!!!  (I will say that this is TYPICAL of Budget & Finance folks)  But still, they should be in ON BASE!!
3. Legal staff to present an addendum based on resolutions presented by TCC chair…NOTHING in ON BASE!!
4. Funding for Sulphur Springs Neighborhood Action Plan--- NOTHING IN ON BASE!!
5. Staff proposal on monetary amount of salary freezes for folks over $150k (NOTE that the Citizens Budget Committee asked for this over $100k)
6. Mobility Department to report on the alley assessment—NOTHING IN ON BASE!!
7. Set the millage rate for the FY2027 budget- it should yield $397k.
8. The 2nd Reading for the adoption of the budget.  1st reading was unanimous
9. Resolution for the COT Capital Improvement Budget and program for FY27-31—NO LIST OF CIP projects are attached to this resolution STOP it!!
