Report from Drew Park CAC chair – I am glad she’ll have the opportunity to tell everyone how much she’s enjoyed the communications with the Rays about the stadium.
CRA directors report- The most interesting part of this is the project tracker. I am curious to compare this on a monthly basis, quarterly basis or annual basis to see what progress has been made.
$1.2 million from the West Tampa CRA to Walter Smith Library and Musuem on 905 N Albany Ave Tampa FL for up to 50% of the cost.
CRA Board to give a commendation to Florida Redevelopment Week.
Jackson House Foundation to give a status update.
Monthly update on Tampa’s Union Station.
Channelside CRA board to investigate a north/south linear park, where would this be? It is my understanding that there is only 2%/less than 2 acres/2 lots remaining in the Channelside CRA.
Cliff Shepard, CRA attorney to draft the necessary documents to implement the promises made to the Rays. This has been CONTINUED
CRA staff will work with Cliff Shepard (CRA Attorney) to bring back updated language for the Community Benefits Agreement. There is no updated back up documents in ON BASE for this item. Is this talking about a basic outline for any CBA? Or for a particular CBA with a particular developer?
The motion requested that the project updates be submitted to TCC, but there are only two CRA reports, Drew Park and East Tampa. They are extremely LONG and drug out if you ask me? Where are the other 7?

Service agreement between the City of Tampa and the CRA board for FY2027, why the CRA board continues to do business with the City of Tampa is beyond me. Staff has a boss and it AIN’T the CRA board which is unfortunate.
