  25. Purchase of a stormwater easement located at 1510 S Bay Villa units 1 & 2 for an existing stormwater pipe that did not have an easement.  $25k for an easement of 12 x 60.  NOTE that we vacate easements, ROW and alleys for $573??  But we pay thousands to dig in someone's back yard.

Solar & Co., Inc.,  and Gibraltar Construction Co for up to $11 million total for multi-services-These services are not really defined in the contacts attached.

  37. SOUTH HOWARD- Approval for the THEA contract for $11millon for the South Selmon Capacity project for their share of the South Howard Project
  38. SOUTH HOWARD-$50million moved within the stormwater bond.
  39. SOUTH HOWARD- reimbursement costs for acquisition.  The rest of the City deserves for stormwater projects to be done in their community, not just those who cry the loudest about the damages between Helene and Milton.

  48. Continued to October 22nd, but streamline the rules and procedures for committees and boards through out the city of Tampa and the CRAs.  I hope staff is considering positions that are difficult to fill- ways to fill those seats and/or alternatives to city citizens.  
  49. Mobility staff to report on the safety improvements possible near liberty middle school and freedom high school.
  50. The Quarterly report on station 24 for TFR, If they haven’t broken ground someone should have their behind in a crack.  The motion was made MORE than 2 years ago.
