RAYS BASEBALL WORKSHOP May 5th Special Called

NOTE this meeting will be held at the OLD City Hall in TCC chambers-- there had been previous talk that it would be held at the Convention Center.
A few questions about the agenda1. 30 minute presentation from the RAYS-- Is there anything we migh need to know before?  Are there any documents that have been submitted? 2. The COT is going to do a 30 minute presentation with the CRA in 3 slides and a memo?  3. CRA works for TCC, why are they being lumped in with City Staffs presentation?  
4. Q&A session.  I am assuming that is for TCC members to ask questions of group one and two?  Does this mean that they won't ask questions after session 1? 
5. 5 minutes for each stakeholder?  Who are the stakeholders?  I mean, seriously, if you plan to invest a thousandish dollars for my household, does that mean I am a stakeholder?  Confirmed response- Citizens Budget Committee, Tax Collectors, etc.
6. Q&A again?  Is this only for the stakeholders from TCC members? 7. Public Comment is ONLY in person.  Did you make that rule to keep me from speaking?? Ba ha ha ha ha...JK! I probably won't even LISTEN while I am on my vaca!
