  27. Alba Business Solutions contract to purchase property and supply services for the COT.  CAN WE PLEASE do something with the sound in the Sister Cities room AND the 2nd floor for overflow?  (While we are at it, how about the Sister Cities room looking less like a furniture junk yard!!  You really bring folks from all over the world in that room and it looks like a HOT mess!)

  32. Encroachment of Easement for 107 W Curtis St for an existing garage/gutter/overhang.
  33. Extension of the closing date for 1712 N Albany Ave for the West Tampa CRA, which would make sense because NONE of the CRA work seems to be able to get to the finish line?
  34. New two year contract with the EDC, The PowerPoint is pretty, but a lot of big picture stuff without much in the way of substance.  Have I missed the quarterly updates?  I don’t recall seeing them but every once in a great while?  Certainly not quarterly.  IDC who the people are that are on the board, I want to know WHAT companies are moving to town?  How much growth has happened, what ARE the 44 projects?  (If they are residential housing in SOG…then I am WAY less than impressed)  What industries are the jobs announced?  I mean where do the fall in the rankings of the Outlook Handbook by the Labor Department?

  47. 2nd Reading REZ-  4202 W Spruce St

  49. Administrative Update
  50. Movement of $125k from the general fund for the type 3 trees installed in McFarlane Park and Virginia Park as part of the Pipes project NOT from the Tree fund.  GOOD, crap trees should not be paid for by the tree fund.  It defeats the purpose of the fund.
  51. See Item #50 & 62- TREE Trust fund
  52. $6 million Change Order 3 for COT contract with Kimmins Contracting for Citywide Meter, Hydrant and Valve replacement.  With this amendment that brings this contract to $25 million.  How much are we spending on replacing these?  I see a LOT of these contracts coming through with renewals that are significant.  I think it is about time that TCC asks for a report on these replacement contracts.  When will they ever be finished?
  53. Contract with PCL Construction with the COT for Howard F. Curren AWTP High Purity Oxygen Generation Facility Replacement Design-Build  for the Waste Water Department.  $4 million.
