    c. (3) 3802 N Dartmouth Ave- this one is a vacant lot, but doesn’t show up in the assessors database- I had to go into the code enforcement complaints and find the name of the owners. 72. Part two for #71, line of credit for $130million to pay for it.
  73. 102 properties owned by the city of 5 acres or more, no list is attached. I’ll go back to my comments about the proposed Forensics and Impound lot, that is 8 acres, TPD has admitted they are running an impound yard currently on 1.03 acres including the building for employees. They also said, REPEATEDLY they are trying to get out of the impound business. Why do they need 8 ACRES??? When everyone KNOWS TFR needs 5 acres. TPD could easily do what they want with about 2-3 acres IF they went over the top. Not to mention. Hanna St isn’t full….not even close. So WHY isn’t this property being utilized for the HIGHEST AND BEST USE FOR THE CITIZEN OF TAMPA???? As for station 24, we’ll never get anything purchased if we don’t change the way the COT makes purchases. Andy Joe Scaglione has harped on this for years. The COT should be putting property under contract with an inspection period to do due diligence NOT the other way around. That’s why they can’t seem to purchase anything! SMH It is BASSACKWARDS!
  74. I can’t wait to see this one. The report on Hanna City Center and future uses for it.
  75. Budget considerations for Sulphur Springs. They need all the help they can get. How about offering additional density bonuses for that area to encourage growth?
  76. Updates on Ybor parking lot compliance
  77. Update on Land Development Code – Rezoning waiver presentation—is attached.
  78. Amendment to the Sign code for Central business district
  79. Staff report on closing Trinity Café on Busch Blvd.
  80. OMG!! The City of Tampa is RICH!!! They are paying over $68k a MONTH to rent out the GTE building while the Hanna Street “City Center” is a ghost town…. I am flabbergasted!!! Well, no, I believe it!!! That’s why I brought it up at the last meeting. STOP pissing away tax payer dollars and move those folks to Hanna Street! We paid $140 MILLION for Hanna street and we’re paying $68k per month to rent the GTE building space?????? STOP!
  81. “Right Sizing” the cost for Parks and Recreation (not kiddo related…) Right sizing in the real world means that the City of Tampa isn’t LOSING money month over moth to provide folks with boat slips at a price below cost. That means that if someone wants to rent the Julian B Lane boathouse they pay COST…not making money but COST. The Citizens of Tampa should NOT be subsidizing folks utilizing THIS LUXURY property.
  82. CONTINUED--- Staff to present a report on how FEMA can help folks. WTH? Just ask FEMA to come in and speak to TCC. The expectation that STAFF would become experts on what FEMA can do in this time is ridiculous. Just sayin… BUT it is continued. Maybe we can contact the folks who appeared at the Tampa Garden Club can come present to TCC? They were amazing. I have folks contact for that presentation.
  83. CONTINUED-- Making affordable housing funds available to assist those hurt by Hurricane Milton. I am good with this as long as it is helping folks in need. I am disgusted by the folks living in multi-million homes crying that they have been jaded. Just sayin… we need to help the folks IN NEED not those IN WANT.

Today’s agenda shows why Tampa City Council is NOT the place for me. I have no tolerance with the stupidity of some of these items. SMH…. All the Citizens of Tampa should be paying attention!!
