Do the stakeholders get to know what is in the Coastal Area Action Plan before it is presented to council? It’s a 30ish page report. It’s not like folks might not want to read it? It’s not in On Base either?

7. 5 minute report on the compliance with parking in Ybor.
8. Discussing the land development entitlement for the Channel District. How does this pertain to TA/CPA 25-03 being declined at the state level because of the increase in density in the CHHA?
9. A text amendment proposed to add Channel District from Meridn to Channelside drive to the Central business district. Not sure if this is what CM Carlson was asking for. I am interested to see more about this topic.
