  4. Application from Stefanie McQueen for Historic Preservation Commission—the solo application. NOTE--- there is a Historic Preservation board that meets monthly lead by Linda Saul-Sena, did anyone let them know of ALL the vacancies on this board???????? Dennis often attends as do others on his staff.
  5. Purchase from Flock Group for automated license plate reader software for $44, for TPD.
  6. Agreement for TPD with HCPS for School resource officer position in middle and high schools. The City $2.6 million for the HCPS share of the program.
  7. Agreement with Sentry Services for $1million for building and event security for the Convention Center.
  8. Mowing and cleaning up a mess by the COT at the following locations. (1) 2407 1/2 Harper St, (2) 801 E Seward St, (3) 2009 Saxon St, (4) 2015 Saxon St, (5) 4220 W Arch St, and (6) 2205 E 17th Ave
  9. Renewal of the contract with 5.2% CPI price increase for recycling services from Waste Management Inc with the Solid waste department-- $2.8 million. Can we please ensure that ALL of the recycled materials that WM allows are now shared with the public. It’s my understanding that there are materials we aren’t currently recycling that could be?
  10. Renewal of Williams Landscape Management with 2.4% CPI increase for grounds maintenance at Water Department locations for $391k
  11. Re-assignment of contract for $333k for fabric filter baghouse service for McKay Bay. 2.4% CPI increase to PSIC-Pro Serv Industrial Contractors
  12. Interlocal agreement between the county and the city for maintenance of county roads within the COT…I hope that the county is sharing the $$$$ not just the burden! Oh, wait, they are going to “give” us $1.8 million for fy26 and $1.8 for fy27. I’d bet you $5 that it costs more than that to keep up with the country roads. Considering the COT produces more of the Gas Tax funds than we receive
  13. The new contract with TPD for their collective bargaining for all police officers, detectives, corporals, school resources officers, police aircraft pilots, sergeants and other such classification or assignment as may be provided by law, effective October 1, 2025 through September 30, 2028; providing an effective date . You would think that the cover sheet—would include the payroll increases as that is what a normal person would look at first?? No one wants to dig through 121 pages.
  14. The new contract with TPD for their collective bargaining for Police Lieutenants Bargaining Unit. Again the Cover sheet doesn’t include the step pay increases? No one wants to dig through 110 pages!
  15. The new contract with ATU Collective Bargaining Agreement. No numbers on the cover sheet. No one wants to dig through 141 page contract.
  16. Grant of stormwater easement to COT at 4422 W Euclid Ave for an easement at the rear of the property, I am curious if there will be more contracts along Euclid to connect to?
  17. Conveying of 1220 E Scott St to the Housing Authority to add to their larger abutting lot for affordable housing from the City of Tampa. The lot is 2812 sq ft, valued at $41k – that sounds like the perfect sized lot for a small missing middle home!
  18. Private Dock agreement for 1504 Park Lane
  19. A hold harmless agreement for Met Min to utilize part of ROME YARD for their holiday collection. WHY DON’T we have BUILDING on that site?? They’ve done this for years?? What is Related Group doing?? They sure aren’t building AFFORDABLE HOUSING!
  20. Resolution from COT allowing HART to build “Public Transit Amenities” at 2902 N 32nd St on City land.
  21. 2nd amendment of restrictive covenant with COT to Florida, Fish and Wildlife Concservation for 1101 W Sligh Ave for Zoo Tampa for the manatee nursery.
  22. COT contract with Montrose Environmental to allow them to conduct an environmental site assessment at 2904 North Mitchell Ave. What’s in there…old cars or dead people? Maybe both? LOL
  23. Amending loan documents for Casa Bel Mar—for scrivener’s Error. 4003 S Manhattan Ave is the location of this “mixed use” affordable housing project…that doesn’t have anything but residential??? Pam Cannella brought this up a month or so ago? Why is there no activated commercial on the site???
  24. Renewal of the agreement with All South Underground LLC for Sediment Control Structures Baffle Boxes Inspection with a 2.4CPI increase for the Mobility department for $400k.
  25. 2nd Reading--AB license for 2301 North Albany Ave
  26. Public hearing for the Special Magistrate’s Report and recommendation for 1411 N. 17th Street, 1707 E. 4th Avenue, and 1715 E. 4th Avenue NOTE—TRANSPORTATION--- MOBILITY has not seen their parking plan!! They were supposed to do a DE1 to have it approved!! There is NOT one in ACCELA! I’ll submit the information for the record later this am.
  27. Public Hearing for Another Broken Egg at 4041 S Dale Mabry for failing to comply with Section 27-318 of the code. Not submitting paperwork…is what it looks like?

  34. Wow, this motion was made nearly a YEAR ago…yet there isn’t ONE document in ONBASE besides the original memo??? SMH They could at least show $1 for Sulphur Springs in the budget for them to take care of the item??
  35. Legal to report on Indian Rocks Beach about Short Term Rentals. As much as I’d LOVE for IRB to get to put short term rentals in check, this item may never be heard at this rate.
