Will this REALLY FIX THE PROBLEM?? 8. Contract with Kronos for workforce Could software for $135k 9. Wow, GTE Lease expenditures on the agenda AGAIN this week….it is moving the pot of funds they are coming from in the budget, but what a way to rub our noses in the fact that the city is spending $68K PER MONTH on a lease for that facility!! 10. $50k movement in budget for improving to the TPD to their aviation unit building. (It doesn’t say what is being done and I don’t recall seeing this project being mentioned before.) 11. Agreement with Speak Up Tampa Bay- for access to cable TV up to $208k for media training.
33. $50k from the general fund to support county wide stormwater system integration. (That’s all we need?) Why is this in Finance, I’d think it is in the wrong section, it should be with the other things in the infrastructure department?
34. Contract with Nomic Networks for support for T&I $22k 35. Ratification and approval of the updated pension contract with AFL-CIO, TFR and TPD no dollar amount attached.
36. Ratification and approval of the updated bargaining agreement with the TPD Benevolent Association, and TFR. No dollar amount attached 37. Ratification and approval of appendix D of bargaining agreement w/ TPD/TFR 38. Commercial PACE program. I don’t know ANYTHING about the commercial side of it but I can tell you that the residential PACE program is a dismal FAILURE. The program creates a tax burden on individuals that are poorly explained to consumers by the companies providing the services. They are financing through tax bills which many/most consumers don’t understand they will create a significant lien against their property.

Agreement with AAA Restoration conveying the land at 2915 Chipco St to build single family attached or detached units for up to 140% of AMI. Why is the AMI so high, when we KNOW we have enough units in the 120+ range? We NEED housing for below that. At least it says it can be single family detached, build smaller then put a duplex on the property with shared costs.
55. CLK Remodeling, same as above the City is going to give away the land and they are building at 140% of AMI. When I sold my rentals in the spring, NONE of the affordable housing folks had people qualified at the 120% and above range. Only 1 of the vendors had 1 or two people who qualified for 120. So, then will staff come back and do like they did a couple of years ago and ask to raise it to a higher AMI? I certainly hope not. Do some missing middle- quads on the property to get the overall cost down. 2405 E 23rd Ave, this lot is smaller than the norm, 45 x 74- use it for a cottage court of tiny homes. It CAN be done.
56. 1809 N. Taliaferro, this should be broken up into MULTIPLE lots with multifamily!! This lot is HUGE!! 139 x 100—They could easily put 6 shotgun homes on the lot. It should be much easier for them to get the price well under 100AMI level 57. Bermuda Blvd in Palmetto Beach Seawall funding from Federal funds for $3 million dollars! This is the type of work we should SEE in the Coastal High Hazard Area! 58. See item #57 59. $330k in cleaning services for Hannah St with a 3.5% CPI increase. Is this cleaning the entire building or just the parts that are utilized?
60. Grant of easement from E Commanche townhome association to the COT for transportation.
61. $1million for the rehabilitation of the Guida House from FDOT 62. $533k agreement with Burgess Civil LLC for Green Artery Segment D.

83. Customer Agreement for the CAD system for TFR, for $3.9 million. Does that mean this will actually work and TFR will operate like a normal fire department?
84. Build a $14.3 million fleet facility for the wastewater department as a design build with Bandes Construction. It never stops…spend, spend, spend 85. $467k for fleet decentralization for waste water department. Moving funds and appropriations. See item #84 86. Purchase 1002 North Howard Avenue, 2315 West Cypress Street, and 2331 West Cypress St for the West Tampa CRA for $3 million dollars.
87. Master agreement for healthcare for City Staff for $13.5 million over 3 years.
88. The plan drags ONNNNNN… TFR never gets anything…LORT! Update on station 24 and the fire maintenance yard. WHY are we still dragging our butts on the carpet about making things happen for both of these projects? Funny, they must have been filed with original budget for the South Howard project. DEEP 6!! SMH 89. Red light camera program, works great! I just received a $158 ticket for clearing the intersection!
