  93. Amendment of rules and procedures at TCC!!! FOLKS NEED To speak up on this. IT WILL BE HARDER TO MAKE PUBLIC COMMENT!! Public comment is 3 minutes each…yet members of TCC will go on about NOTHING to do with the topic for 5 minutes over and over again. (I love and respect all of you, but that is the TRUTH) People take time out of their lives and PAY to PARK to come to speak. NO ONE realizes these changes are coming. You all made the decisions by majority vote in a meeting that I was the ONLY PERSON from the public there. Most folks had NO CLUE you were speaking on these procedures. THEN you violated your OWN decision to go with the majority rule at the first reading….without public comment on the item in any way shape or form. Yet, you came back and changed the rules without notice AGAIN!! SMH…y’all know it isn’t right.

  101. Applications for the CBAC (Community Benefits Agreement Committee) Did anyone apply? It will be hard to find someone for those locations downtown. Not much to buy for homeowners. I’d argue that they likely have NO public notice for those surrounding neighbors?
  102. TCC requested no formula restaurants be allowed on 7th and 8th Ave in Ybor.
  103. Staff to discuss an ordinance to disclose other contractor prices that were used in the selection process when the City enters into Piggy back contracts (I am assuming this is talking about the vehicle contracts that we were all hot and heavy buying on top of the Sherriff’s office for a while?)
  104. Legal staff draft ordinance that require consultants or service providers can’t contact in work orders more than $100k in a calendar year without councils approval.
