  39. Boiler Bay blast cleaning for $144k for McKay Bay WTC – I am beginning to wonder about these items. Which ones are going to be ongoing maintenance AFTER the $108 million refurb? Which ones will go away after that process is complete? It would be nice to see the difference between the two???

  40. Solid Waste purchase of dumpsters for $750k- renewal for one year. With three one year renewals. (but page 2 shows 2 years, $500k year 1 and $250k year 2)

  41. $2.4 million for Water, Solid Waste and Environmental for Sodium Hypochlorite- REBID

  48. Contract for consultants--- NOT A FAN OF THIS…why do we need them? WHAT PROJECTS? What are the parameters of these contracts? How did the companies bid on the services without them being defined? This makes NO sense. Hey….we’re the City of Tampa, we want you to work for us doing, well, we’re not sure what you’ll be doing but we’ll need you to do something for XXX dollars?

  49. Bull Nose and Water tube replacement at McKay Bay WTE- $2.8 million

  50. $2.5 million- for GIS for Environmental systems. For 3 year subscription- for public safety- interesting that no one in land development is signing off on this subscription purchase is this available to all folks throughout

  51. I thought something VERY similar or the SAME was on the agenda recently because Michael Bishop wrote about it on his page. $400k for use by various departments for Electrical supplies…maybe it was the electricians that passed earlier this year?

  100. Hillsborough River Board Technical Advisory Council== recommendations from TCC members! If no one has any ideas, I’d look at the PURE Citizens advisory group for volunteers.

Possibly increase the height limit within the Westshore district—if this were JUST in the areas near the Airport and on transportation corridors, it could be considered but that is the whole swath North of Kennedy from downtown to the Bay…that’s not ok…there are lots of single family homes in that area.

  103. FOOD DESERTS—stop putting lipstick on a pig! Let’s look at ways for community gardens are easier to get rooted, how can we actually get commitments from grocery stores in those areas?
