1. Construction services to report on illegal structures through out the city on private property.
2. Code Enforcement- are they too overzealous? (Is this the opposite of item #1???)
3. Code Enforcement and Land Development staff to report on illegal structures and how to get them up to code. Isn't this covered in item #1 and #2? 4.USF to report on inputs to the poverty and Homeownership rates and recommendations for positive change.
4. Staff to provide update on Indian Rocks Beach Short Term Rental regulations-- Continued until AFTER the 1 year date of the motion! (It's my understanding that there is a lawsuit against the IRB regulations.) IDC so much about the STR, it is the illegal event venues that are serving alcohol in the middle of neighborhoods that are the BIG issue!
5. A frame sign policy for Central Business District and Ybor.
6. Planning Department to present on the 2024 Land Development Code cycle for JAN 2024. NOTE: ADU Allowable areas for Special Use 1, ADU Special Criteria, East Tampa Overlay scrivener's error, Irreparable damage to historically designated structures.
