I like that on page 1 of the SIRE documents, It shows the funds being moved from account 40400 and 40700 to accounts 552010 and 563001- I can see the first two numbers in the budget. I’ll have to dig around to find the other two numbers. I assume then are spending accounts rather than holding accounts?
- Nebraska-Bush to Fowler Gravity Sewer Rehab. $580k. The city saved nearly 38% from the bid process. 23-00006 is not in the CIP viewer. While I am certain that everyone wants the sewer to go down like it supposed to, I’d like to see the numbers in the CIP viewer
- See item #29

At least one of them is. It has been approved for an SU1, I’d argue that someone should “investing” in properties should have a higher standard for multiple code violations that need to be addressed by the City of Tampa to get the stinking grass mowed!)

I still have a HUGE issue with suspending a statue from an outdoor rotunda?? https://artist.callforentry.org/festivals_unique_info.php?ID=10204 This website says that the budget was $400k, we've spent 50% over budget?
- $300k for artwork to be installed at the convention center.
- $30k for artwork installed at Wayne Papy Athletic Center.
- ====>>> See #80---$40 MILLION DOLLAR BOND--- Note the use of from time to time authorizing the Mayor to bond stuff. Does that mean she can borrow millions of dollars without TCC being notified? Is this for #80????
- Change order 1 for contract for Tippin Water Treatment Facility Chemical System design build—Increase of $6.4 million. A 15% increase in the project cost from $34.6 million to $41 million. WAIT—the original contract was for $10.4 million in 2019, so this project has QUADRUPALED!!!
- SEE #78===>>> this is grant money that will pay for $25 million of the project for number 78? The signs all say that the project is $54 million. I am confused?? If the project is for $54 million and we have $25 million in grants, then that means the city is footing $29 million for the project but bonding for more?

- Please DO NOT STOP calling Food Deserts what they are. The term LILA is disrespectful to those areas. It is the same as putting lipstick on a pig. STOP it now. Those are not the only two areas of the city with a food desert. Please don’t forget that. Giving a pretty word to something that labels for who are doing without....that in NO WAY shows what they actually are. There isn't any FOOD there...thus called appropriately a desert. I live in a food desert. The others in SOG live in a food desert. We don't want to call it a Lila, like it is some cute thing. It is harder for folks who are doing without because of the lack of investment in businesses.
