- Emergency services-for TPD agreement with Pepin Distributing – to utilize 4124 N 50th st 33610 for declaration of emergency. When does this agreement end? Why can Hannah St not be utilized for this purpose? Just sayin… Hanna Street is further north and looks to be comparable in size. HOW MUCH DOES THIS COST??
- Public Emergency Medical Transport Letter of Agreement with the City of Tampa- for transportation. Not sure what this is about but my guess is privately transporting Medicaid patients?
- Mental Health agreement with Lexipol LLC for $47k for TPD
- TPD agreement with FDOT to utilize 4500 W Cypress for training purposes.
- TFR agreement with FDOT to utilize 4500 W Cypress for training purposes.
- Golf courses- transfer from General CIP fund Golf Courses to individual projects.
- Price Decrease for Roadway Restoration by $2400. The original contract was $486k, the final amount of the contract after 6 revisions is… $2.5 million? An increase of nearly 80% for the original contract???
- Bid for Janitorial services for Parks- East location for $212k for logistics and facilities management. We saved AT LEAST 10% by bidding out this project. There were other bids, that were not City of Tampa Certified companies?
- Bid for Grounds Maintenance for Water Department locations- we saved 1/3 by the bid process. If this for the Water Department locations is it being paid for by WATER department funds?
- Purchase a 4800 Diesel roll off truck with body for $261k for Solid Waste
- Purchase of a Air Compressor Dryer Service for $287k for Solid Waste.
- Purchase of Lime with PPI increase of 22.4% increase. Estimated at $1.3 million
- Amend contract between City of Tampa and Fair Employment Practices Agency and US EEC for intake, investigation and other process of employment discrimination complaints up to $29k
- See #21, move funds from Housing Grants Fund to investigate employment discrimination from EEOC
- Move funds from General Fund for use by HR department for leased mailroom equipment. Of course, you can’t see that in the funding allocation from FY23. I am guessing that it is coming out of the OTHER pot.

- Bid award to Good Neighbor Fencing. The Original bid was about $89k but this bid award is for $300k? WHY? Why wasn’t it bid competitively for entire $300ish K work?

- HOME investment Partnerships agreement for Tenant based rental assistance not to exceed $1.8 million over 3 years.
- Unsheltered Housing Agreement between the City of Tampa and Met Min. $88k for one year term.
- Agreement with Dawning Family Services for rapid rehousing services for folks experiencing or at risk for homelessness. $300k from HUD for one year.
- Agreement with Catholic Charities for $352k for homelessness housing.
- Agreement with Metropolitan charities for provision of rental, security and utility deposit services for homelessness. $300k over three years.
- SHIP agreement with Solita’s house for rental security and utility deposit services for homelessness. $300k over three years.

- $272k for homeless initiatives from HUD with Emergency Solutions Grant- not to exceed $817k over three years.
- Purchase Heavy Trucks with Landscaping bodies for $91k each totally $275k for Neighborhood Enhancement
- A Lease for the City of Tampa with ATC for space for a medical office at 2515 E Hannah st (Assuming this is for the care program sponsored by the city of Tampa?)
- Agreement with FDOT for Intelligent Transportation Information Sharing-
- Interlocal agreement for maintenance and operational responsibilities for county roads. Do we need to change this?? The county doesn’t do much for the roads within the city?? I know my roads loving friends have found this to be a problem in the past.
- 4.9% increase in price escalation for Curb/Sidewalk maintenance for sheltered market solicitation for $400k for mobility department.

- Administration Update
- $13.9 million design build services for wastewater pumping station rehabilitation. Do they actually have the $$$ to pay for this?? Solid waste got their hands in the General fund for FY23 because they didn’t have enough funding for all of their capital improvements? That is NOT FAIR!

- Quarterly report for Stormwater project/programs in writing—see attached. In SIRE
- Written Report on possible options of how the construction of a fixed rail extension of the streetcar.
- 408 & 410 W Paris- CAN NOT be heard because there are Design Exceptions filed on the case.
- Reports on expanding the Central business district (CBD) to Channelside Drive. That is enough fun for one week!
