  1. Commendation for Blaine, Tyler and Barrett Gabbert for assisting in rescue after Helicopter crash near Davis Island.
  2. Comprehensive Plan update--- future land use assessment presentation.
  3. Tampa Housing Authority- presentation to provide counseling to citizens with disabilities.
  4. Staff report on 200 officer shortage of TPD.
  5. Tampa Fire Rescue agreement with hospitals regarding wait time for EMS teams at ER transitions for patients.
  6. Public Safety Impact Fees
  7. Entertainment district creation--- I think this should be considered as part of the Comprehensive Plan amendment-- #2 where they need to break apart the current 5 planning districts for the city that do not align with the land use needs or codes.
  8. Building heigh report about FAA limits
  9. Public Safety Master Plan development- written report—CONTINUED…. If they didn’t hire someone to help Chief Tripp with this already, it has no business coming before Council yet.
  10. CONTINUED--- Liens and title issues?
  11. REQUESTED CONTINUANCE--- Staff report on PCL Contract (PURE) to best analyze using the water status quo on Senate bill 64 minimum flows on the Hillsborough River THE continuances 12-14: I am guessing that they are to get the housing needs study completed before these items are addressed.
  12. CONTINUED- request for missing middle housing integrated into the comp plan
  13. CONTINUED- Publicly initiated text amendments- regarding affordable housing.
  14. CONTINUED—Restructuring of Bonus density agreements/intensity formula.
  15. CONTINUED- Ybor parking/safety issues addressed.
