I recall after Ian there was a HUGE movement of City Budgetary funds? 16-17. “Sit tight, Belt right” grant funds from FDOT to TPD $200k.
- Federal Equitable Sharing Agreement with report—I have no real idea what these numbers mean? The big number is $235million, but not sure how much of that comes to the city verse national funding shares? It’s not terribly clear.
- Purchase of 14 Toyota Camry Hybrids, not named by department as to where they will be assigned or the funds will come from?
- Extension of $900k grant program of Opioid Abuse Site-based Program.
- Service agreement between TPD and Hillsborough County Anti-Drug alliance of $10k from Stop underage drinking grant.
- Law Enforcement Crime Gun Intelligence Center Integration Grant $750k extension.
- Move $498k in the Parks and Rec budget for forestry programs. NO SUPPORTING EVIDENCE…. I know the TREE People are asking questions about the tree funds? 24-26. Grant award for City’s Senior Demonstration Program, $122k. 27-28. Water Smart Tots Memorial Walk for Aubrey and Martin Luther King Parade

- Renewal of contract with 9.1% escalation- the original contact was NOT provided. $102k for Plant Carbon, BUT the contract ends June 2023, NOT a 1 year contract? Why?? There is a BLS attachment that quotes 9.1% increase, but I’ve only seen 8.5% for any other CPI increase.
- Renewal of contract with CPI 8.5% increase for Personnel Solutions Plus for Temp Labor for Solid Waste $509k
- Approve additional Expenditures of $150k, original contract NOT attached.

- Purchase 11 Ford F-350 Utility w/ Crane, $1.8 million for wastewater department
- Additional spending with Mancon of Virginia: Parts Store Services, from $2.4million to $ 7.6million. More than double the original contract?
