This week's TCC is a Workshop--- #1- Defense Industry Association- presentation about Macdill AFB-- I'd love to see Macdill change to Joint Base Status to allow for more housing to be built ON BASE! Currently there are only 572 units on base. #2- Parks Master Plan to be presented. (Currently there is NO supporting document) #3 Rattlesnake Point--- Chemical Formulators--- if you want to read more about it, STOP overbuilding SOG Tampa has a lot more information. It is being postponed though. #4- Privately Initiated Text Amendment- Downtown district parking code changes. As long as the changes ONLY apply to downtown... Publicly Initiated Text Amendments- I'll post the PowerPoint - but a. Commercial Vehicles in residental districts b. food trucks c. AB sales enforcement d. Bonus Provision for Graywater. e. Home Based Businesses f. DRC Compliance g. Transfer of development rights (TDR) h. Street Cafe #8--- NO SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS IN SIRE--- Community Benefit Agreements as proposed---- this could be interesting to ALL Neighborhood Associations!
