TCC on Thursday--- the NOISE ORDINANCE- for Ybor, Channelside and Arena area only is #3 IMHO- the only other thing that is for the entire city: #79- altering the calendar to add days for more land use issues. AGAIN--IMHO--- I think it is seriously time to re-look the TCC. It should likely be a full time position, with full time pay. They've been operating for 20+ years on the same schedule. Even though our city has grown by over 25%. It's time to reconsider the positions being full time, so that TCC members can have a reliable income that doesn't cause a conflict of interest if they come from a legal/landuse/real estate profession. We're driving a 20th century car with 21st century expectations
